Join the us for the Cure SMA Birdies for Blake LPGA Watch Party taking place at a private residence* on the 13th hole of the Kenwood Country Club on Sunday, September 11, 2022.  Spend the afternoon enjoying light bites, an open bar, silent auction, raffle and more! As an attendee of this event, we invite you to join us at the private residence or walk the course with the pros throughout the day.

 

This event is an exciting way to bring the community together to raise funds that will help Cure SMA achieve its mission of finding a cure for every stage and type of SMA, and our community plays a vital role in the generation of those crucial funds. All proceeds from this event support Cure SMA.

Hi, my name is Blake Leigh Farrell, and I was born with spinal muscular atrophy, (SMA), type 2. I was diagnosed when I was 14 months old, and my life changed completely. I have been in a wheelchair my whole life, and with your help someday I could walk!

Please help me support breakthroughs in research so I can participate in all the activities experienced by other 11-year-old girls.

I have been getting life-changing treatments thanks to your help and have been getting stronger, but there are still many people with SMA who are weaker than me. We need your help to fight this disease. With your help and support, continued research can make miracles happen!
